Summary Post: Belgium

OK, this one’s quick as I was only in Belgium for 2 days! It was largely about WWI memorials and good beer in Brugge!

Here it is by the numbers!

• Days in country: 2
• Days riding: 2
• Kilometres ridden: 108km
• Running total (nearest 10km): 4580km
• Accom cost: ~22.5 Euro (One night in a hostel, one in a campground)
• Other costs: ~20 Euro (It was only 2 days!)
• WWI Cemeteries Passed: Too many to count.
• Favourite food/drink: La Guillotine Beer.
• 1 night in a campground,  1 night in a hostel.
• Favourite photo: The WWI Memorials really had an effect on me, and I think that this image from Polygon Wood really sums up the seemingly endless gravestones..
